Wild Mushroom Beef Stew
1 1/2 pounds Grass Fed Beef Stew
Meat or Roast, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/4 Cup Brown Rice All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
2 Cups Organic Chicken Stock
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Bay Leaves
1 teaspoon Paprika
8 Shitake Mushrooms, sliced
8 Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
4 medium sized Carrots, sliced
1 small White Onion, chopped
1 stalk Celery, sliced
- Place beef in a slow cooker.
- Mix together Brown Rice Flour, Salt, Pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours (or on high heat for 4 to 6 hours). Stir thoroughly before serving.
Serve over brown rice with side salad
