Chocolate Energy Balls
- 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sun butter
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops of alcohol-free stevia (eliminate or add more depending on how sweet you want it)
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil – add more or less depending on how moist you want them
- 1 scoop of Nutragen chocolate protein powder
Mix all up in a bowl form little balls and roll them in extra shredded coconut to help them have a nice coating for easy grabbing . Place in fridge and enjoy
