Chocolate Energy Balls

  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut 
  • 1/2 cup sun butter
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops of alcohol-free stevia (eliminate or add more depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil – add more or less depending on how moist you want them
  • 1 scoop of Nutragen chocolate protein powder

Mix all up in a bowl form little balls and roll them in extra shredded coconut to help them have a nice coating for easy grabbing .  Place in fridge and enjoy
